Cancellation Policy
On booking you agree to the following terms and conditions.​ Safety Your dog is vaccinated and wormed. You use the field at your own risk. We cannot accept any laibilty for damage or injury to yourself or your dog(s). It is your responsibilty to have insurance for your dog. It is your responisbilty to ensure that all children must be kept under close control, not be allowed to climb or damage the fence or equipment. We do provide water but it is your decision to use the communal dog bowl provided or to bring your own dog bowl. It is your responsibilty to remove anything from your dog that may be caught in the fence. Security You agree to our entry and exit procedures which are for your safety and that of your dog(s). When you arrive, please do not let your dog(s) out of the car until you have shut the gate behind you. On leaving, please put your dog(s) in the car before opening the gate. Do not disclose the gate code to any one else. You agree that in the event someone else is waiting to enter the field as you are leaving, you will do so safely. Business Rules Unfortunately we do not have a cancellation policy but if you need to move your paid for slot, please email us and we will do our best to do so. We require at least 24 hours notice for this to be done. This field is not to be used for business purposes unless prior approval has been given. You agree to contact us as soon as practical in the event of discovering any problems withe fields. Consideration of others You agree to keep your pre-booked appointment times and not turn up outsode those times unless by prior arrangement. You agree to not abuse the 50 minute time slot and leave on time. For example, if you have booked the 9am slot you must leave the field by 9:50am. This allows for a ten minute buffer between appointments to minimise the traffic into the dog field and ensure the safety of all dogs. You agree to not arrive more than 5 minutes before your booking time. You agree to drive carefully and respectfully both to and from your appointments. Aconbury is home to a working farm and therefore there are children, dogs, farm animals, tractors and other slow moving vehicles.
