Field Rules
Mostly we want you to have fun! But so everyone can, please follow these rules.

Entering and exiting the field.

Our appointments are 50 minutes to prevent any cross over of clients.

When you drive through the gate off the road, please proceed to the stop sign.

From the stop sign you will be able to see if anyone is still in the car park.

If the car park is still in use please wait at the stop sign.
-
The car in the car park will have to allow room for the entering car to park before exiting down the track.

Once you are parked, please close the gate after you. When the gate is closed you can let your dog out. The car park is completely secure.

Please leave the car park gate open on exiting ready for the next customer.

General rules​

Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your allocated time slot.

Always pick up your poop after you and place in bins provided.

Make sure the car park gate is closed behind you.
-
​Pop any general rubbish in the bin inside the field shelter.​

For safety please do not climb the fences, gates or dog play equipment.
-
Children and dogs should always be supervised.
-
Please remember to leave by the end of your time slot.
Terms and conditions
Please read the following terms and coniditons.
Safety.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your dog is vaccinated, wormed and insured.

It is your responsibility to ensure that children are kept under close control and not allowed to climb the fences or equipment.

We provide water but it is at your discretion if you choose to use the communal bowl or bring your own.
Security.

You agree to our entry and exit procedures. These are outlined above. Our booking slots are for 50 minutes to prevent crossovers between clients.

You agree to not disclose the gate code to anyone.
Business Rules

Unfortunately we cannot accept cancellations, however, we can move your appointment should you need to. We require at least 24 hours notice. Please email us to do so.

You agree to contact us as soon as practical in the event of discovering any problems with the fields.

Consideration for others.

You agree to keep to your pre-booked appointment and not to turn up outside of those times.

You agree to not abuse the 10 minutes we allow between bookings for clients to park up and get through the gate.

You agree to pick up any dog mess.
-
You agree to dirve carefully. Aconbury is home to a farm therefore children, dogs, farm animals, tractors and other slow moving traffic may be on the road.
